Lil Wayne is being sued say reports, for sampling a song without obtaining prior permission.
TMZ say the rapper sampled pop singer Karma-Ann Swanepoel's track 'Once', for use on his song 'I Feel Like Dying'.
The lawsuit was filed in Louisiana and claims that Wayne and his label had tried to get permission for the sample, but she refused.
However, Wayne continues to perform the track on stage and it can be heard on both MySpace and YouTube, containing the offending sample.
Swanepoel is seeking damages.
